Overall, it was great for my soldier boys. The odor upon entering was extreme.. it was too many plug in air fresheners and I couldn’t wait to start cooking and get rid of it. No salt, can opener broke, only three tide pods.. I replaced them all myself. no baking sheets or bigger pans for feeding larger groups. Bathrooms were dated and not the cleanest “in the corners”. Good beds tho, clean sheets and towels. Pool area was great. It would have been nice to have a second television somewhere, or more seating in the living room. We all couldn’t gather easily unless outside or sitting on the floor. Glad you keep the pool open past Labor Day tho. It’s the only reason I rented this house. Super close to Columbus airport too.. very handy! We’d stay again.. a

Great place and accessible to restaurants and shopping districts. The place was an oasis for us and the kids to relax. It was a serene place, quiet, and enjoyable environment where the family gather to chat about the memories of my father. Thank you Kate for having us.

While Kate was very responsive and the home was large enough for our family, we were disgusted by the uncleanliness of the home. We contacted Kate upon our arrival to inform her of the smell, dirty floors, and trash around the exterior of the home. She promptly sent out a members of her team to rectify the issues. The trash was picked up outside; however, the interior of the home still remained dirty. Mopping a floor with a filthy mop head will not properly clean a floor. I also found a dead cockroach on the living room floor right after the cleaner left. Later, I found a live one crawling on the counter. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and smelled of mice urine. I also found what appeared to be mouse droppings on the counter. The dishwasher smelled like fish. With a thorough, deep cleaning with proper cleaning supplies, this home would have been great for our large family. There was enough space for everyone to sleep in a comfortable bed, and we enjoyed the pool.
