I would give Lisa and her beautiful flat ratings of 5++++++. It was in the middle of Andermatt with numerous restaurants nearby and close to the slopes. The bus stopped in front her her flat every half hour. In addition to being beautiful with lovely views and a nice deck, the flat was completely clean. We had everything we needed . . . a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of hangers, and adequate toilet paper and paper towels. Lisa responded to every question right away with detailed instructions. She provided links to restaurants and other amenities in Andermatt. When I told her I was concerned about making the 3-minute train connection in Göschenen with all of our luggage, she gave us some helpful suggestions including taking a taxi to Göschenen (along with the phone number for the taxi) as well as detailed information about how to ship our ski boots back to the US. Lisa let us check in early and offered the option for us to check out late. I highly recommend her and her flat!

Our family of four spent a wonderful few days skiing in Andermatt, and were extremely happy with Lisa's apartment and responsiveness. The place is perfect: bright, clean, well-stocked, and located perfectly in the middle of town--just a stone's throw to every restaurant, shop, grocery, and of course the mountain. (If you are visiting during ski season, Meyer's Ski Rental is directly across the street.). Finally, Lisa was extremely responsive and her guidance and directions were flawless, both in terms of arrival and departure, as well as instructions while in the flat. We will gladly stay again!

Lisa war sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist an super Lage und sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Lisa & her place were amazing. Lisa is so friendly and helpful. And her place is perfect. It has all of the amenities you could think of and the location is perfect. We had two couples in the space and it was the perfect size. The space to store skis on the first floor is an added bonus! And the bus stop is right outside! Would definitely recommend Lisa’s place to anyone, and if our adventures lead us back to Andermatt, we would definitely stay here again.
