Our B&B in Sant'Omero A pink palazzo, just below the old medieval village. What used to be a textile factory, is now our B&B La Pecora Rosa with its own character. It has a lovely backyard with a new swimming pool. So you don't have to leave the house to find relaxation. Our apartment has 2 rooms and these are equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen and a private bathroom. Breakfast can be booked separately.

A pink palazzo, just below the old medieval village, is where our B&B La Pecora Rosa is located. What used to be a textile factory has now become 5 houses, each with their own character. Our house has a lovely backyard where we have just installed a new swimming pool. So you don't have to leave the house to find relaxation.
Sant'Omero is a great base for a visit to Abruzzo. It is located in the beautiful front hills of the Apennines overlooking the majestic Gran Sasso - the highest mountain in the Apennines with a summit of 2,912 metres! Because we are located quite north in Abruzzo, many beautiful places in Le Marche are also easily accessible. The old village was built on the foundations of a ruined castle, which is why one of the local bars is called Il Castello.

Kim uit Nieuw-Zeeland & René uit Den Haag hebben het roer omgegooid. Zij zijn een B&B gestart en hebben het pand volledig gerenoveerd met hergebruik van oude meubelen en behoudt van authentieke elementen. Wij zijn verliefd geworden op Abruzzo vanwege de bergen met zijn besneeuwde bergtoppen, de zee dichtbij en heerlijk eten met goede wijn. Het schaap staat centraal; arrosticini (schapevleesspiesjes), schapekaas (Pecorino) en witte Pecorino wijn.
