Our stay at Janilyn's place was great! We work from home and we were able to stay for an entire month. The area is fantastic. It is a peaceful neighborhood (most of the time) and you can walk to the beach and some restaurants (if you are up for some walking). Downtown Dumaguete and the airport are only short tricycle rides away, so it is very convenient. The place itself is clean and they provided us with all the amenities we needed. The pool is a great way to beat the heat! Kuya J and company were excellent helpers. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we highly recommend!

Place is hard to find at first. We stay at the first door townhome. There is a weird sound when you turn off the kitchen faucet. Air conditioner will take time to cool the bedrooms. But over all experience is good. And Eric responds quickly

Great place! Accommodation was very clean. Host was very attentive to our needs. Place was very near to city center.

Bedrooms smell of mould, blood stain on pillow, bathroom smelled really bad. Someone came into my room whilst there. Local guests in pool making noise with fire crackers until midnight. Not worth the money!!! Wasn't going to make a review, however the host (who does not run this place) did not respond to my message.
