This modern and stylish 2 bedroom apartment is located within a contemporary development in Solihull. There is everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, 2 modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and towels as well as access to a residents gym. The apartment is in a great location, 2 minutes from the train station and just a short walk in to town. This stunning 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard throughout. You will find comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and more than enough space for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a large sofa, armchair and smart TV. The spacious double bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern bathrooms, both with showers, toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guests can also make use of the residents only gym in the building.

Really nice and spacious apartment. Warm, comfortable with two generous double bedrooms with good storage Very clean and comfortable dining kitchen with good sized lounge Large bathrooms with modern decour and clean New WiFi installed too which worked really well. Would definitely stay again
We enjoyed our stay in this clean and modern apartment. It’s a high recommendation from me. If in the area again, I would book again.
Nice place to stay
The accommodation itself is a nice space. the kitchen is minimally equipped - it was a struggle to cook for 2 let alone if you had 4 people staying. I have stayed approx 5 times at this location. the check-in process is clumsy. on my most recent visit i was not allowed in for 2.5 hours with an absolute lack of transparency as to why. I was never given a new time (so I could do other things) the whole time it was just 15 more mins. then when I checked in I was only allowed to use half of the apartment due to some mystery incident. Really poor transparency and communication. a message saying - "check-in will be delayed by x hours due to an incident with the previous guest" would have completely changed the experience.
A smart, modern apartment, immaculately presented & in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

Its just a 15 minute walk to the centre of town where you will find an array of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Solihull train station is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment - From here there are trains to Birmingham New Street station taking less than 20 minutes. Birmingham Airport is just a 15 minute drive from the apartment.
Being in such a great location, the whole of Solihull is entirely walkable from the apartment. It's just a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and the main shopping district. There are regular busses into town taking less than 10 minutes. Solihull train station is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment - From here there are trains to Birmingham New Street station taking less than 20 minutes. Birmingham Airport is just a 15 minute drive from the apartment.
