A typical turn-of-the-century Porteño house with exquisite woodwork, stained glass windows, tall ceilings (4.20 m), and lots of daylight and air. Renovated by an architect to carefully blend old and new, romantic and functional. We recently repainted the entire main floor. This house is over three floors. As such, this house is not for guests with mobility issues. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and large en suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi and walk in closet. There is also a second complete bathroom on the top floor, and a toilet on the main floor. All new sheets and and comforters (Brooklinen) brought in from the USA. There is a new queen-size pull out couch in the living room. Two sets of French doors close the living room, ensuring privacy. New Samsung fridge with freezer, new Samsung microwave, dishwasher, and a Miele gas stove (6 burners). New Nespresso coffee maker and French press in a fully equipped kitchen. New LG top of the line washing machine in the laundry room, which is very large and opens onto the terrasse. Two small offices with desks and single-size couch/pull out beds can be used as bedrooms. One office is fully equipped for videoconferencing (light and camera). Lots of plants throughout the house and on the terrasse, which also has a full size parrilla. We live in this house 6-8 months a year. We have furnished it with attention and care. We expect our guests to respect it. It is truly unique!
