The house is private with its own lush backyard, but extremely walkable with Safeway and Trader Joe's within a 5-10 minute walk. The best restaurants are all an easy stroll away, located at the hip and happening Alaska Junction. The 2 bedrooms each have a plush queen bed, and the living room has a foldable couch that comfortably sleeps a fifth guest. We provide extra blanket and pillow for the couch, located in the main bedroom. The living room offers smart TV (free Netflix, please note no cable TV). WiFi speed is 400 Mbps! (Portable AC available upon request, we will set it up upon request if needed on occasional warm days!) Our kitchen is fully stocked with bowls, plates, pots, pans and utensils, as well as coffee/tea.
