5/5 stars! Great stay! Jhon is an exceptional host! Very communicative and understanding to your specific situation and the living arrangements you require. My wife and I stayed here for about 2 months in a transitional period of finding our own home. Jhon’s home is quiet and clean and Jhon is very friendly and accommodating to all your needs. He was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The only issues we had in the home was with the cleanliness of the other guests. Being that the home is so close to the airport, guests frequently check in and out every few days and sometimes daily! The shared bathroom was not always maintained by the other guests. Jhon did everything he could do to relay the message to the other guests, buying more cleaning supplies and other things for the bathroom to make it more convenient. As a host, he went above and beyond. All in all, this is a 5 star stay! Jhon is an amazing host & we would stay again! Love & blessings!

A great quick stay for a morning flight at JFK on the following day. Our room was clean, warm and cozy, and spacious for the price. The closet was large with enough hangers. Each bedroom is private because the door can be locked. Depending on your strength, carrying your suitcase up the staircase can be difficult if you have overweight luggage for your flights (>23 kg or 50 lbs). The bathroom floor is a bit cold but the water gets hot fast. Jhon is proactive and responsive in the chat and on call. The wifi is fast (WiFi6). There's a very good Jamaican restaurant (The Door), Walgreens (open 24 hours) and a supermarket within a 10-min walk.
