Our second trip back to Martin and Monica’s place. It’s so peaceful and cosy, with nature all around us. A quick drive to Skibbereen and the beaches past Rosscarbery. The friendliest and thoughtful hosts. Thank you!

What absolute paradise!! We came down to Cork from Dublin for a little get away and had an absolutely blissful time. The bath and the sauna are a dream, and the kitchen is very comprehensive. We will absolutely be back!

I could not recommend this place enough! The facilities and attention to detail were exceptional. Everything was spotless including the fresh towels, bath robes and bedding. Small supplies in terms of tea, coffee, butter and milk were all present upon arrival which was thoughtful touch. The sauna was by far the highlight of our stay. It was easy to fire up and to maintain. We used the sauna both in the morning and in the evening. The wood was provided and a helpful booklet explained everything there was to know. The bath outside was welcome relief once we were finished in the sauna. Bubble bath was provided along with flip flops. The bed was extremely comfortable with a nice touch of having sockets on both sides of the bed within easy reach. In the morning there was a stunning view over the countryside. The host was super, we couldn't have asked for more. If you've read this far into the review I presume you're thinking about booking and all I can say is to go for it!
