Villa Doma is a welcoming, detached property enjoying an idyllic location close the sandy beach of Astrakeri and close to the lively resort of Roda. Able to accommodate up to 29 guests in 14 air-conditioned bedrooms with 12 bathrooms, and featuring a brand new private swimming pool, this is the perfect choice for large family reunions, groups of friends or smaller parties looking for endless spaces all for themselves. Sweet, carefully designed and loved by its attentive owners, Villa Doma is set to impress and to relax at the same time. Unique feature of this property is that it has been designed specifically to accommodate large groups: there are spacious common areas, kitchen, tables, all suitable for accommodating all the guests together. The villa is rented all together exclusively as a whole indipendent and detached property, not as separate units. Inside, the villa is set over 3 floors. It is airy and welcoming. On the ground floor there are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles, 1 twin, and a triple (single bed + bunkbed) all with their own-en-suite shower room and balcony overlooking the gardens. The first floor has 5 further bedrooms, 2 doubles and 3 twins, once again all en-suite and having direct access to balconies. The upper floor has 4 further bedrooms (all doubles) and 2 bathrooms with shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Next to the main building, guests can enjoy a huge, professional kitchen with plenty of tables in order to dine together enjoying pleasant garden views. The kitchen has a professional cooker with oven, 2 fridges, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the most modern appliances for a fully self-catering holiday (including extensive working surfaces). Guests can dine all together in the beautifully decorated dining area, a perfect space to socialize while enjoying the beauty of Villa Doma. For extra fun and endless relaxation, a chill out area with sofas is available. Wi-fi is also available through. Outside, Villa Doma Beach is a true heaven of peace surrounded by the most beautiful nature (yet in close proximity to sandy beaches and the many facilities or Roda). The gardens are truly stunning, kept to the highest standard and beautifully lit at night. A brand new private swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.5m, lit at night) equipped with 20 comfortable sunbeds and parasols, completes the setting. The gardens are the perfect place to relax, play yoga, read a book, lay under the sun, prepare a delicious grilled meal using the brick-built barbecue provided. Private parking within the premises. Leave Corfu town goind in direction of Paleokastritsa, carrying on the 2-lanes highway.
You will be reaching the Tzavros Crossroad with the characteristic orange huge building at your front right. Keep the left hand side lane and drive straight forward after passing the traffic lights, towards Paleokastritsa.Continue driving ahead and pass the AVIN petrol station on your right. Further you will find two blue signs one directing towards Paleokastritsa (straight forward) and the other one to Sidari, Agros, Roda and Acharavi. KEEP ON TO THE RIGHT LANE when you arrive to the road junction and turn towards Sidari and Agros.
After a while you will find a sign pointing forward to Sidari. Keeping always your right and driving through a few bends you will will get in the village of Skripero and you will find the main traffic lights right in front of you. Pass the village and go uphill. Continue driving forward, pass through the first houses in Troumbeta and start going down the hill.
Drive through the village of Troumbeta on slow speed for a few hundred meters until you get to a T crossroad. See the sign on your right pointing straight forward to Ag. Stefanos and on the right to Chorepiskopoi – Roda. Continue driving until you see in front of you a sign pointing to the left for Chorepiskopoi and to the right for Karousades (8 kms), Roda (12 kms) and Acharavi. Turn right towards Roda. 4.4 kms from Chorepiskopoi you find the small village of Ag. Douloi. Do not turn right where the road leads to Kyprianades and Valanio. Drive straight forward through the little village. 2.5 kms later you find Xanthates village.
3.4 kms later and after passing through Platonas you get to Sfakera. Before entering the village, see on the right hand side a sign pointing to the left for Roda. Turn left leaving Sfakera on your right.
Approx. 2,0 kms later you get into a crossroad. Reduce your speed, and turn to the left for Roda – Acharavi.
Only a couple of minutes drive and you get into the large Roda crossroad and the traffic lights.
Stay on the left stripe of the road and when allowed turn left towards Sidari – Karousades.
2.0 kms to go, on this high speed road.
Shortly you will see at your front the sign of an ELIN petrol station. Reduce speed and get ready, before the petrol station to turn right, in a very narrow road.
Turn right to this small road and drive for 50m. You will now see in front of you at a T-junction, a villa named villa Paradiso. Turn right and the first villa you see after Villa Paradiso on your left-hand side is your VILLA DOMA!
Enter through the large metal gate and you have arrived!
