The entire location will be yours for up to 12 persons staying at our place. For more than 12 persons event please request an updated offer. Our garden is easily accessed from National Road 1(DN1) in Ciolpani. The pool is 6x3x1,5 meters and it’s cleaned with salt. The house has 3 apartments and a summer kitchen. Each apartment has separate entrance, AC, living, bedroom and bathroom. Two apartments have a kitchen. There is a playground and lots of other outdoor playing games. The whole garden has 13000 m2 and around 2000 m2 are arranged for renting purposes. In the rest of the garden you can see two separate ponds with fish (sport fishing can be done in one of the ponds), two garden sheds and lots of roses and perennials. The house is an old farm which has been renovated in 2021 in a country cottage style. Events with more than 12 persons should be addressed as a separate enquiry and will get a different price offer depending on the date and no of guests.
