It is a good place to stay in for a group of five persons. Nice place. It is clean. The water supply is okay. Anyone can find the things listed in the description.

It’s a good place to stay however because of an ongoing construction project in front of the building, the noise kept us awake at night since they are operating during night time. And it would have been a more comfortable place if it had air conditioning since some guests still prefer closed windows. There was power outage in between 2am to 4am and it was not that cold because it’s summer. The summer heat also made it warmer during night time. The electric fans were not enough to cool the whole place. Lastly, a parking space could have been a privilege for the guest to use. Overall, location wise, it is located within the heart of the city.

The Cathedral, Session Road, SM Baguio, Burnham Park, and also the Genesis terminal are walkable from Ms. Arlene's place. Though these spots are just walking distance, just prepare yourself because the place is a bit steep as what you will expect since it's Baguio. Everything was fine except for the elevator which was not working during our entire stay but I know it wasn't the host's fault.
