Come and enjoy a stay at our secluded mountain cabin, and enjoy the peace and serenity of camping, with the luxuries of private river fishing access, supermarket shopping, restaurants and shopping! Upon your arrival relax with a hike around the property, listening to the soundtrack of rustling leaves and the Chama River, or gather around the campfire to roast marshmallows and look at stars! The home has a spacious kitchen with the basic necessities, and an open floor plan into the living room area. The living room has a TV and a wood burning stove, as well as some of the finest movies from the 90's that you can play on the DVD player. Adjacent to the living room, there are two breakfast nook tables, or if one were so inclined, a dedicated workspace. The pool table overlooks the back of the property where multiple deer can be spotted, and is next to the ping pong and darts room. There is a bathroom with a shower down the hall that leads into one of the bedrooms with a king size bed. Upstairs you will find the three other bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. Outside of the home, the Chama River borders the western part of the property where one can fish for trout, or just relax to sounds of the smooth running water. There is also a path that lies beneath tall oak and aspen trees, that leads our guests through the backside of the property where the deer like to congregate for daily briefings before running off to enjoy the day. The path leads back around towards the front of the house, and directly towards fire pit. The home does not have A/C and the heater only works downstairs at the moment. The heater was never installed correctly, and is wired directly from the boiler to the thermostat in the kitchen/living room, and the wire sits under a rug, so proceed with caution. The fridge had some issues with the water line, so that had to be disconnected, and consequently neither the water nor the ice maker currently works. Otherwise, the fridge and its freezer function properly. There is currently no Wifi as we are awaiting Starlink service. With that being said, my Verizon iPhone works well enough to connect via blue tooth to my laptop, which then connects to the TV, and I was able to stream an NBA finals game along with a New Mexico United game relatively smoothly and without much lag
