Always an amazing stay and the restaurant hands-down has the best soup and chowder of life

The person working the office made this experience and stay very enjoyable and the place and stay was exactly as expected the price was spot on. Again the restaurant was delicious and the employee Rose was excellent to deal with and went above the expectations.

Nice, quaint little motel. When we got there the employee had no booking for us. I gave her the confirmation number, showed her the email, she said “oh the owners must have forgotten to add you in since you used AirBNB to book.” So she had to call them to verify, so check in took longer than expected. But then I think because of that she let us have a choice of 2 rooms, we chose the one with nicer bathroom on the “newly renovated” side as she described it. It was a nice room, a little outdated furniture and finishings, I think the only renovation done recently was to the bathroom, but the bathroom was very nice I must say. Our mini split worked well for the day and then stopped working during the night so it was very hot trying to sleep. Television had a few good channels but spotty service, the sound and picture cut out often. Wifi was good, and we had a back door to our room but it led to any empty field with no chairs or anything so we sat outside in the front on the room instead.
