everything was in order, we received clear instructions on how to get to the building. Everything was well communicated and described. The only thing that bothered me a little were the washed stains on the bed sheets and bed linen. I didn't feel good in that bed, ...

The bnb was very clean, room looked exactly like the pictures, the host was very responsive and helpful, responding almost immediately on most cases. She also allowed us to bring our luggage before check in time.. I do have a few negatives about the bnb though, the floor boards were very squeaky, anytime somebody walked around the building we could hear it. We could also hear other peoples conversations in other rooms, some downstairs. The room itself was quite small, and we had to put the kettle on the floor to connect it to a plug because the lead wouldn’t reach from the side it was on. The sugar for the tea was also almost solid in there packets and there was only enough tea for two cups, which was one per person, and there were no instructions on how to access more. Also I have very long finger nails so using the key system to unlock the room key was very difficult and frustrating.. I feel a key card and a more efficient way of entering and exiting the building would be better.

Very good house, clean and in a safe area and near to the city centre. Totally worth! And Agnieszka was a very good host and helping by messages :)
