All flooring is new, high-quality laminate. All paint is new. You won't find pets, carpet, or any other allergens in the home. We don't allow pets or smoking of any kind on the property to provide a safe space for those with respiratory issues. We also have a large air purifier in the home. The master bathroom has its own bathroom, a brand-new queen bed, and a calming aesthetic of green, gray, and wood tones. The "Ocean Room" features a calming blue, ocean-themed room with a spacious queen bed. The "Kids Room" features two twin beds and kid-friendly decor, though it could easily accomodate two adults, too. There are two full bathrooms, new sinks, and new toilets with bidets. There is a nice backyard with a small lawn, shade trees, a covered patio, outdoor seating, and a regulation cornhole game. Driveway has space for two cars, with additional free street parking right out front. The garage is used as storage and will not be accessible to guests, but the rest of the house is. Enjoy cooking in the well-stocked, spacious kitchen and have dinner on the patio table or at the large, custom-made wooden table in the dining room. Coffee and tea lovers will love the instant hot water tap, pour-over coffee carafe, burr grinder, and Keurig along with coffee and tea provided in the kitchen.
