The place is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood in Rehoboth, but still very close to beach and all the eating places, grocery stores, Minigolf etc. Communication with Tyler was very easy, so was check in. The place is super clean, spacey and comfortable. It has everything we needed and more. We definitely would stay here again.

The place is very clean and comfortable, in excellent condition. Tyler was responsive and helpful. My only unfulfilled wish was for a toaster. ;-)

Lovely stay at this beach apartment. Beautifully clean and stocked with the basics you’d need while there. Tyler was extremely responsive, polite, and thoughtful. Place was exactly as described. For anyone with littles: We brought a pack n play and it fit in the second bedroom (tight, but it works) but it also fits in the huge primary bedroom closet which could open the spare bedroom for others if needed. Primary includes blackout curtains. Perfect for young families!

We loved this condo! We had a family of six (kids, parents, grandparents) and we had plenty of space. The full kitchen is well stocked and cooking in saved money and long lines. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the beach nearby. The parking pass is a nice touch. Clean and fresh, nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Tyler’s place was superb!!! Easy arrival. Super clean! Kid friendly with the screened in porch and super relaxing to sit out there and watch the turtles/ fish go by. Liked the hook ring game. We had 3 kids with us who switch sleeping arrangements nightly so loved the pull out couch option and we also used the extra large closet in the main to put our park in play & our baby slept through each night no problem in there! My only thing would be the walls are super thin. I heard the upstairs neighbors party and what not for a couple hours each night complete with repeated porch door slams. Another thing is while the stairs were not an issue for us, I know could be for some people especially ones who don’t pack lightly. The pool was super relaxing and clean. My kids didn’t want to leave! We never went from the place to the beach so I’m not sure how far but definitely a drive. There were some restaurants & shops within walking but we didn’t get to try them out. Loved it here! Thank you!
