Horrible communication. House is managed by vacasa. Everything done through email unless you call with a question. It was 95 degrees outside at 730 pm and even hotter throughout the day. We called because it was very hot in the house and the homeowner must have been controlling thermostat through Nest. We have the same thermostat at home so I know I set it right. After 2 calls to vacasa they claimed they were waiting for owner to call them. We never heard from anyone. We were literally sweating inside. The house was nice but no instructions were left to operate anything. We were given a code to get in and that was it. Leaving the neighborhood there wasn’t anything to do and choice of restaurants was slim. The ones we did go to were horrible with one exception. The area had some very sketchy people at gas stations and some stores. I should have known when right up the road was a Waffle House, golden coral and small seafood chains. Again the place was nice just very hot
