If I could rate this property a negative star, I would. This property was beyond filthy and did not meet the description. The floors were sticky and dirty, burn marks in covers, hair in the showers, dirty dining tables, dirty refrigerator, dirty lounge chairs on the porches, dirty baseboards, sand was left in the dryer from previous guests, the beach chairs and wagon was caked in sand and mold, the light switches in the home had blood on it, and on too of all of that they sent a cleaner by the home the next day evening that spoke 1% English. When the cleaner arrived, she didn’t understand what I needed to explain what needed to be cleaned. I’m not even sure how airbnb is allowing Southern Vacations to even list this property. It’s truthfully disgusting. Please save your money. At the time of booking this listing had 0 reviews and I’m almost certain they deleted all prior to hide the dirtiness of this property.

I visited with my family for Christmas and I can say the place was very clean and beautiful. I will definitely be back very soon.
