Spacious living and dining area with 11 foot ceilings overlooks the lanai and the large pool area. This house has everything you need for a memorable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, extra towels and linens, Pack&Play, bikes, electric car charger, gas grill, TVs in every room including the lanai, washer&dryer, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. The TVs are smart TVs that allow you to log into all your streaming accounts, no cable TV available. High-speed WiFi. Two cars can be parked in the garage and two on the driveway. The pool water is heated

This oasis is strategically located less than three miles from the pristine beaches of Naples, scenic Naples Pier, 5th Ave and all this area has to offer.
It is situated in one of the oldest communities in Naples - Brookside, an area lined up with oak and banyan trees, old-Florida cottages and some newly built waterfront homes.
There are plenty of ways to explore the area - walk, bike or drive to the nearby restaurants, grocery stores, Bayshore Dr area, 5th Ave South, downtown and the beach. Everything is 3 miles or less away from the house. There are plenty of bikes for adults and children. The garage is big enough to park two cars inside and there are two more parking spots on the driveway. Charging station for you EV is installed in the garage for complimentary charging.
