Lysette exhibited exceptional communication skills, radiating warmth and a welcoming presence in person. The home was truly remarkable, featuring stunning decor and being equipped with everything I needed. It created an environment that felt more like a home than a temporary stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend her accommodation. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return in the future.

The host were an absolute pleasure. I needed to check in early and Lysette was very accommodating to this. Her and her partner also have us some lovely recommendations. Like a few places we stayed at, my partner would have like like more privacy i.e no house helper but I didn’t mind. He was really friendly and helpful in navigating around things at the house amongst other things. The house is stunning, spacious yet cozy. One of the very few in Kigali with a pool that don’t cost an arm and a leg. There’s lots of attention to detail. You can tell a lot went into it. The road to the house is very difficult but manageable. There’s not much within walking distance so you would need a car. We didn’t get hot water or it was lukewarm. I didn’t mention this to the host during the stay so there may have been an easy fix. That being said, the pressure wasn’t great and it was a little frustrating. Though the sofas blend in beautifully I’d have preferred comfier larger couches.

Lysette was very responsive and helpful! Everything as advertised, lots of thought put into the decor and vibe. Only thing was there were oddly a lot of flies around lol
