Whether you would like to have a city retreat from a busy week, family time away for the school holidays, time away with friends or just a couple of days on the seaside you are welcome to stay in our beautiful family caravan. You can enjoy coffee and tea from us as a thank you and feel free to use the barbecue at any point during your stay :-)

Exactly how it was described, ckean, comfortable and good location
We stayed at the caravan for New Year’s Eve. It was very clean, communication from Daniela was excellent and the caravan was stocked with lots of essentials. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you ☺️
Stayed for one night to visit Colchester zoo had everything we needed and more Great host Highly recommend
The caravan was even better than the photos, very clean and welcoming. The host left a warm welcome and there was lots of extra necessities such as shampoo, shower gel, etc. There was also some kids colouring books/pens which was very helpfull for my 3 year old. The area is very nice and calm and easy to locate. Daniella is very friendly and quickly replied to my messages. I highly recommend it and we will be coming again.

New entertainment venue has opened over the bridge towards Martello. It has a shop and places to eat. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools are available. If you are travelling out of season please check with the park what facilities are available. There are shops in St Osyth village/Jaywick with restaurants, take aways and bars etc. There is a fishing lake on the park you could enjoy plus sea fishing for the more adventures. Also you have Jaywick Martello Tower on one side of the caravan and St Osyth Beach Sunday Market on the other should you wish to have a little stroll on the beach during your stay.
Parking is available all around the park and additionally the caravan has got driveway that should fit two cars.
