Rafael’s place is on a beautiful property and is a steal for the amount of space. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem like the place had been cleaned prior to our visit. There was an open beer on the counter, there were grease marks all over the kitchen chairs, with crumbs of food on the stools. The garbage and sink had grease marks. There were orange rinds on the floor and in the closet. Hair in the shower drain. Most unfortunate was that the sheets hadn't been cleaned. The sheets had hair, crumbs and dirt between blankets. A large stain on the comforter. There were unfortunately no extra sheets in the house, so we needed to run them all through the washer ourselves. Rafael was very responsive and immediately offered us a discount for the stay. However, I would’ve just preferred clean sheets so that we didn’t need to stay up late for the laundry to finish. Again, a good steal for the size. I would just keep an eye out for reviews that note that the location has been properly cleaned.

We absolutely loved our stay in this remote farm town of California. This house is really spacious and is great for a retreat or for family stays. The pool is refreshing and well kept. The owner is so responsive and supportive. We would stay here again!

nice big house. beautiful back yard with a nice pool. the back yard was also good for our dog. We enjoyed this stay, but just a few things that we didn't like. there was No paper towels in the kitchen, no coffee pot, which is okay if you dont drink coffee. Therewasjust a little bitof dry coffee. and there was only 4 towels total even when there was 3 & 1/2 bathrooms and we are a family of 8 so we couldn't all take showers. I'm just mentioning this because this house is not near to any stores if you need to go buy . something. the host was. great .good communication
