This stay was good for the price. It was a decent neighborhood for the price and he was very responsive. We did have a water leak while staying there and called him. Someone was supposed to come the next day and they never showed up. There was also a fair amount of water damage. It is about the size of a hotel room. Honestly a decent place for the price , just very small and not quite what we had expected but we were happy for the weekend. Cheap and small. Easy going.
