Come and fall in love with the gorgeous Bawley Point. Situated only 100 steps from backyard to beach enjoy falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves in this tranquil, ground level, self-contained apartment. Boasting three spacious bedrooms and a fenced backyard this unit is perfect for both a couple’s getaway or a family vacation. A large, fully equipped kitchen means you can easily stay for a week or longer. The unit is situated on the ground level of a split dwelling house. The internal stairwell, that connects the two levels, is lockable, providing separate, private entrances to the upper and lower levels. Guests have a private entrance at the front of the house as well as a second entrance, accessed via the backyard patio. The upper unit is owned and occupied part-time by a lovely Sydney-based couple who escape to Bawley Point on the occasional weekend. The two levels are well-insulated and soundproof. There are three bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests. Two rooms contain a queen bed and built-in wardrobes, the other bedroom has two single beds and hanging space. In addition to the spacious bedrooms is a large, fully equipped kitchen, a dining space and a living room. The bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity and there is a separate toilet next door. There is also an internal, laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer available exclusively for guest use. The secluded back garden is fully fenced, providing peace of mind for children and pets alike. The large lawn is boarded by tropical shrubs creating a welcome space for guests to relax in. The undercover patio has plenty of seating and a hammock to relax in. There is also a BBQ and Pizza Oven available for guest use.

This was a great place for our family. Accommodation was neat and tidy and suited us all. The hosts were friendly and welcome us and our dogs. The location was convenient to the beach.
Fabulous accommodation - super clean with everything you’ll need provided. Perfectly located to walk to local beaches. Little touches like chocolateand honey were really appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Bawley Point is situated on the South Coast of NSW, between Ulladulla and Bateman's Bay. This lovely village is also positioned between Meroo and Murramarang National Parks which makes it not only a perfect destination for swimming and surfing but also for bush walks and nature gazing. Bawley is 25 minutes south of Ulladulla and 35 minutes north of Bateman's Bay. Bawley Point is surrounded by beautiful Shoalhaven beaches including Bawley Beach, Gannet Beach, Murramarang Beach, Racecourse Beach, Merry Beach, Pretty Beach, Pebbly Beach and more so you are spoilt for choice! Sunseeker Escape is conveniently positioned inbetween Gannet Beach (the child friendly beach) and Murramarang Beach. Only 15 minutes walk from the house is Cormorant Beach which is an off leash dog beach, all other beaches in the area are on leash only.
Within Bawley itself you have The Gantry which is a popular fishing spot, and is also a good place to watch the local surfers doing their thing in big swell. The beaches make ideal venues for a picnic, to enjoy the spectacular coastal scenery or the many popular holiday beach activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling, swimming, surfing, fishing and boating.
The Bawley Point shops include an IGA, bottle shop, news agency, pharmacy, hairdresser and take away shop. For coffee there is Luci's Café which is situated on the main road as you drive into Bawley Point and you will find the Flo Coffee Van parked on the headland between Gannet Beach and Murramarang Beach. A little further away in Kioloa, is Saltwood Cafe.
Nearby are Willinga and Burrill Lakes and Pigeon House Mountain. Ulladulla and Bateman's Bay offer the services of large seaside towns while the trendy town of Milton is great for cafes and clothes shopping. Mogo is another quaint town for something a little different. The famous Mogo Zoo with its exotic and endangered animals is just 40 minutes away.
Shoalhaven has many activities for young and old with wineries nearby (Bawley Vale and Cuppids) and berry picking nearby.
The only form of transport within Bawley Point is via car, walking or bike. There is plenty of parking.
