From here, guests can make the most of all that the lively city has to offer. With its convenient location, the property offers a 2BR fully furnished unit. It has free WiFi and Netflix ready facilities offerings to ensure you have plenty to do during your stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We also offer a basement Pay parking. 2Bedroom condo unit, spacious fully furnished unit with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen room, washer in the kitchen area , 42" Smart TV, High Speed Wi-fi and 1 basement parking slot (with PAY). Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the city is just right across NAIA Terminal 3 with access to various restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and nightlife. The kitchen has a refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Both bathrooms have a water heater with 2-4 bath towels. There are 1 queen bed and 1 daybed with pull-out and a sofabed that can accommodate 4-6 guests. We do not encourage having more than 6 guests.

The host is very responsive and accommodating. We love the place, very secure and clean.
I booked MJ's Airbnb for my sister and her family. I stayed with my sister/family at the airbnb during the day only; I have my own booking at the nearby hotel for the night. My sister and her family enjoyed their stay. The place was big enough for the family of 5. It was very clean. I like the bathroom (the toilet is separate from the shower area which is uncommon in Philippine houses). The neighborhood is quiet, safe, accessible to shopping malls & restaurants, and a walking distance NAIA Terminal 3 via Manila Runway (footbridge). We are greatful that MJ accommodated our requests for an earlier check-in / check out. Communication was quick and check-in/ check out process was easy. The place is highly recommended! I will definitely stay in MJ's Airbnb the next time I visit Manila (instead of booking a hotel).
Condo location is great but unit location is under par. Sounds of dog barking and chicken bother your sleep all night. The unit is facing local village. Host doesnt provide any bottled water, soap and shampoo and conditioner. Of course no tooth paste or brush. No stock but only one roll of toilet paper. One night, there was no supply of water. Could not take shower or wash. No compensation at all. When I ask for two hour extension of checkout time, they asked for extra payment. Worst Airbnb in my 10 years of Airbnb use. Please stay away from this unit.

> Easy to get a Taxi – dial button using unit intercom direct to Main gate of Montecito 5 just inform the security guard on duty that you are requesting for a taxi and mention your destination. Same main gate security guard will inform the other security guard in the lobby of Montecito 6.
> Local PUV (Public Utility Vehicle) modern Jeepneys. Just few walks from Montecito gate.
