Great spot. Great host!
Donna was very responsible and accommodating. She helped us book a chef and transportation. The AC went out a few times, which is typical for Tulum, and she had people working to fix them. The property is accurately described and photographed. Good for large groups.
The place was nice and clean. They are very responsive. Hot water wasn’t working in the smaller building but they quickly addressed the issue. Would definitely stay here again.
This place was EXCEPTIONAL! I would give it a 10 stars if I could. I had a group of 22 and it fit everyone comfortably. We had the whole place to ourselves, very private. The home was convenient, it was walking distance to everything, restaurants, bars, corner stores etc. 3rd floor penthouse was perfect & spacious. The rooftop was breathtaking, has a good size pool, charcoal grill and bathroom which we enjoyed very much. If you have a big group look no further this is the home for you. All the host were AMAZING and extremely responsive, special thanks to Aaron as he helped me along the way throughout my entire stay I could have not done this without him, from scheduling transportation, excursions to dinner reservations because of Aaron he made my 50th Birthday Trip an easy one and definitely an unforgettable memorable one!
We stayed here for a large party of 29 people. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this venue for larger groups as you can book the entire boutique hotel. The pictures do not do it justice.
