We had an incredible stay at this seaside house! The property owner was exceptionally kind and accommodating, making sure our experience was comfortable from start to finish. The view from the house is simply gorgeous; waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was a dream come true. The house itself is well-maintained and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed taking part in many water activities right from the property, adding an extra layer of fun to our vacation. Whether it was kayaking, fishing or simply lounging by the water, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in nature. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings truly made our trip memorable. Overall, we can't recommend this property enough! Thank you to the owner for being such a wonderful host.

This was my first time using Airbnb so was a leap of faith for me traveling from the UK. I chose Kim's place for location and based on feedback and stayed for 6 nights. Kim as a host was absolutely fantastic and very welcoming, the house and the location was better than expected, a very short walk (2mins) to the Marina where there's lots of restaurants that even serve breakfast. The room was spotless with fresh bedding, plenty of wardrobe space, a small desk for you pc and the all important air conditioning unit on the wall. The bathroom was super clean and the shower was really powerful with endless hot water. Kim as a host gives you plenty of space to do your own thing but available for any help and just a good chat. I would definitely recommend Kim's place, and if ever visit family again this will be my go to place, you wont be disappointed, don't dither, get it booked:-)

Staying at Kim’s place is like winning in Airbnb lottery❣️ Imagine yourself wake up after a pleasant night in a good firm bed, walking down and out to the backyard and asking yourself: what shall I do, swim in the Marina, cool in the pool or kayak outside the Marina to the beautiful beaches of Sunset Coast❣️ Kin is a lovely, caring, accommodating, generous and knowledgeable person, who shares her Mindarie with her guests from the bottom of her heart. I really enjoyed her company and felt at home in her place. The area is easiest to explore by car, but Uber is convenient and not that expensive. I really enjoyed the stillness and the beaches close by. I can recommend this beautiful sanctuary 100 % ❣️

WOW! What a find, it's like staying on the Riviera! Chilling in or by the pool and spa overlooking the marina, sensational sunsets too. Kim's home is a short stroll to pubs, cafes and restaurants with live music too. there's no need for a car even. The kitchen was great, the bedroom was gorgeous with a lovely ensuite bathroom exclusive for me. The bed was really comfortable too. Kim was a fantastic host who was most helpful with information about the area and Perth in general. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful, peaceful location with easy 5 min walk to cafes, restaurant's and hotels, beautiful coastal walks and full service shopping centre 5 min drive. Kim's home is very comfortable and she is a friendly supportive host that respects your privacy. Thanks Kim.
