Enjoy Madrid from the comfort of this elegant room with high ceilings and original moldings. This space is fully equipped with your rest and relaxation in mind. The room has a double bed of 1.60 mt, bedside tables, lamps with USB port and brand new bedding. It also has a closet and a sofa for work or reading. You will have a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms shared with other guests in the other two rooms. Our concept is an apartment in which you will have a private room and common areas to share with two other rooms, in a quiet, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, where you will feel at home.

La ubicación del alojamiento de Juan es excelente, el lugar es tranquilo a pesar de que la calle en algunas ocasiones está bastante transitada. El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy cómodo. Juan siempre respondió a los mensajes y estuvo atento a nuestra estadía. Recomiendo mucho hospedarse acá cuando se está de visita por Madrid.
Très bel appartement, très belles prestations, tout le confort nécessaire et quelques attentions supplémentaires appréciables. Hyper bien placé, proche de tout et d’une station de métro centrale. Quartier vivant mais pas trop bruyant. Idéal pour quelques jours. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

A great option to stay in the center of Madrid. Very cozy and nice room. The common living areas were always free. The kitchen is convenient for cooking and has everything you need for your stay, even shampoo and conditioner. Yes, not quiet, but also those looking for quiet should understand that this is the center of a big city. Friday and Saturday is fun and it's great. Gorgeous city, thank Juan I am in absolute love with it!

The best way to enjoy Madrid is walking and you also have metro and bus lines a few meters from the house.
