NOTE: BREAKFAST is provided for to all confirmed bookings A peaceful sanctuary located along the coastline of the Lingayen Gulf in Pangasinan - La Union Road, San Fabian, Pangasinan It is a steady 3 and a half steady drive from Manila. This 3,000 sqm property offers a no frills relaxing beach experience with your friends and family. The VILLA can accommodate 4 guests. Each room is spacious enough to add an extra occupant Our property has a spacious garden with the beachfront view where you can dine and relax. The place is pet friendly, with a flat rate of Php 500 per pet per booking. We only ask that you look after your pets as some areas may be hazardous for pets (i.e. Fences, Rocks by the beach). The beach in front of the property is rocky and does not have fine sand but it is totally swimmable provided you be cautious. We have caretakers and staff in the property who stays in a separate area from the main house. They will be always be ready to assist you but please take note of their assisting hours of 6AM-9PM ONLY.

Nice private place if you want to relax. The place is clean and parking is not a problem. Room comes with free breakfast which the staff will serve at your preferred time.
If your family prefers to chill in a peaceful place, this is the place for u. If only the unit has microwave and a mini ref, this could have been a perfect place for us. More training to their staff with customer's request specially for children. Please train them to be proactive instead of saying just wait and talk to our manager. But this is ok, JP handled and accommodated our requests professionally.
