It is a bit away from the main road that's why parking space isn't available beside the unit however we can provide roadside pay parking. - Baguio has a lot of upward roads and staircases. Guest/s must also be physically able to descend and ascend long staircases to get to our location since the place is inside a narrow street and behind another apartment building and the main space also resembles a basement entryway. - It is suggested that if you can, DO TRAVEL LIGHT instead or use backpacks for your luggage. Even with these drawbacks we still boast our affordable price and convenient location.

While we appreciate the warm welcome from the caretakers, we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience. Firstly, the location details were only provided after booking, leaving us unprepared for the challenging ascent of multiple flights of stairs while carrying heavy luggage. The narrow pathways and unstable flooring added to the difficulty. The room felt makeshift and had a direct roof, which was not mentioned in the listing. The refrigerator was unclean and the electric fan was noticeably dusty, which was a concern for cleanliness and hygiene. Moreover, we were disappointed to find that the room differed significantly from the photos provided in the listing. This discrepancy made it difficult for us to feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. There were also mosquitos at night. On the bright side, the internet connection was working fine and we were provided with bath towels and slippers.
We only had a minor safety concern when one of the adjoining partitions fell on my friend's head causing slight injury. we already informed the caretakers to secure the loose piece of wall so that no similar accidents can happen to other guests in the future.
