Forget your stresses - relax in this spacious and quiet, sunny accomodation! Cosy room with working place invites to calm down. An ideal place for culture vultures, participants of congresses or lectures. Located in a quiet area in the green outskirts and yet near supermarkets, local farmers' market, pharmacy, restaurants, public swimming pool etc. Excellent starting place to explore the city and its vicinity. Breakfast included (muesli, toast, butter, jam, joghurt, tea, coffee, snacks)

Nice landlord! 房东超级好!
If you are planning on staying a few days it's pretty nice, but if want to stay for months then it's a no for a few reasons: 1) There's no place to put your stuff. You get to put your clothes in 1/3 of the closet in the photo since the other 2/3 is locked. In the kitchen you only have 1 shelf. In the fridge you have half of a shelf and the freezer is not included so you can't store stuff in it. Also you don't have anywhere to put your plates I had to put them on the ground. Same for the bathroom, you have 1/4 of one shelf. 2) Host will expect you to follow rules that are not written in the rulesbook, like wiping windows, not eating anything in the room, not letting even 1 dirty plate in the kitchen for a day. If you dare to say anything about it expect to get kicked out in the middle of the stay. 3) Host feels free to enter your room without notice, take photos of your belongings and opening the window. No emergency, clean room. No key of the room's door has been given to me.
We were looking for a place to stay one night in the evening and luckily Sonja was quick to respond. We also had some trouble with our Airbnb account and she was very helpful and flexible. She made even that one night stay very special.

Public Transport walking distance away takes you to the inner city or the surroundings of Graz. There are supermarkets, a farmers' market on Saturday mornings, a pharmacy, restaurants, ice salons in the vicinity. In case you are into walking or jogging there are various possibilities from easy going to long distance walks with a breathtaking view on the whole city and into Styria.
In summer you can walk to a huge public swimming area and enjoy and relax in the natural waters or under the shades of trees.
Since the location is perfect for individual travelling by car and for slow travellers preferring public transport, one has got all the possibilities one wishes for. The airport is just 10' away by car and several busses or the local trains take you into the city within no time.
In case you are interested to explore more than the beautiful city, spas, zoos, the famous Styrian Wine Street or the cave 'Lurgrotte' are reachable within 30'-50'.
Therefore, this accomodation is ideal for explorative, active travellers who would like to combine an intense cultural experience with the natural beauties of this spot.
There is a carport which can be rented for € 5,-/night and € 10,-/24hours.
Free parking spaces can be reached within 5' walking distance nearby Strassgang station.
