Located in an unusual A-Frame house, this room includes a king bed, dressing table, desk, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating, and a closet. In a rural farm setting, the house and rooms are quiet, except for the chirping of the many birds. Rooms open into a shared sitting area with coffee/ microwave/ refrigerator, games, books and satellite TV. Access to the shared bathroom and the back patio.

Sally was wonderful, kind and helpful and showed me to my room. She offers breakfast with her stays and made me a wonderful sandwich with fruit to go! Highly recommend staying with her!
Had a wonderfully restful weekend at Ms. Sally's .... Home is cozy and in a rural mini-farm setting, perfect for rest and relaxation. Ms. Sally was a terrific host and fixed an excellent breakfast every morning of my stay. The hot tub was so very relaxing. I would stay again just to soak in the hot tub. Ideal location if you don't want to do the motel thing when coming to the Perry GA area especially if you have pets or horses with you. Only 10 minutes from the Georgia National Fairgrounds... Will definitely stay again when in the area.
Beautiful farm setting! Sally was very friendly and very nice to make breakfast. She seemed to really care about her guests. It was definitely a pet friendly house.
