The accommodation itself was exactly as described - cozy, tidy, and perfect for someone on a budget. While it may not offer extravagant amenities, it provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. James' clear and prompt communication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

A very pleasant stay at James' place. The check in process was very straightforward due to James' timely responses. The single room was exactly as advertised, with the lovely touch of hot drink facilities in the room, and the ability to lock the bedroom door with a key to leave belongings secure throughout the day, though I would not have been worried if this weren't possible; the household and other guest were all very pleasant. The bathroom just across the landing was spotless, with great water pressure. The house was incredibly quiet given that James was there, and another guest was in an additional room, and I slept peacefully all week.
