Nice home, clean, and near city center

0. The host was responsive to our reported problems and were able to partially addreas the lacknof cleaning on our arrival and provided a reolacement hoover 1. The place wasn't cleaned properly, hair on the floor and onnthe bed covers. The clenars were sent out and addressed some of the concerns. However during our stay we found more and more dusty and dirty corners that havent been cleaned. Doors not wiped down. 2. The place overall needs refurbishment. Its not just cosmetic, the celings are water damaged, the walls are marked. The bathroom utilities not working properly. Its clear that there hasnt been any regular maintenance carried out. 3. Things thatbdidnt work suchbas some of the lights. The washer dryer even though washea fine, it doesnt dry. The heating has broken down twice and if it wasnt for me fixing it, we would have been without heating and hot water. This is especially concerning with ourbyoung children and baby. For the price we paid it is completely unacceptable
