Graziano 是个非常细心，非常棒的房东！我们一家在这里度过了非常完美的假期😊我们儿子也很喜欢他，早上他起来最期待的就是和Graziano一起喂小鸟和湖边的小鸭子😊 地理位置也非常棒，驾车去任何地方都很方便👌当然最让人惊叹的就是那美丽的景色！早上起来打开窗户，坐在阳台上喝一杯热咖啡，太舒服了！我们还会再来的！谢谢Graziano！

As a former Flight attendant, I have seen my fair share of places around the world for the past 30 years. I have a hard time describing how incredible special this place and Graziano truly are. The most spectacular views from every room and the outdoor space is wonderful. The private beach with benches and chairs to watch and feed the ducks AND SWAN that come by to visit every day. The home is spotless, very large spaces and the kitchen was fully stocked with not only the dishes and tools needed to cook, but Graziano had even stocked us with pastas, sauces, wine, water, milk, coffee tea, all on our Sunday arrival which was a great help with most markets closed. Such a knowledgeable and friendly host with a clean vision of what 5 star yet relaxed service and hosting is. My husband and I can't wait for a return visit and will cherish our time spent here forever.

Graziano’s home well exceeded our expectations. Everything was fantastic. The location was ideal, away from crowds but still beach or road walkable to a few restaurants, a 5-10 minutes car ride from nearby towns, and the ferry stop to Bellagio, Varenna, etc. On our first day we took the ferry without our car. The next days we drove around the whole lake and couldn’t wait to get back to Graziano’s home where the view is truly the best. We were so relaxed there, with access to a wrap around porch with a stunning view. Our two young children absolutely loved the private stone beach in front, which gave us extra time to relax. Graziano went above and beyond to make us feel at home and offer terrific recommendations. He even showed us free parking by the ferry and called to confirm availability at an alpine restaurant at the end of the lake. It was our son’s birthday and Graziano had arranged for special surprises! We truly couldn’t have asked for more from this stay! Mama Mía — Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Graziano's place. It was such a beautiful location, the views were breathtaking and so amazing to wake up to every morning. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. Graziano himself was the best host we have ever had! He was friendly, kind & gave us so much information. The children LOVED feeding the birds on the patio with him, a special experience which will no doubt be a fond memory of theirs for years to come. He is a host that goes above and beyond. The apartment is close to the bus stop, and not far from the beautiful town of Menaggio, where you can get a ferry to most of the other towns along the lake. We took the ferry to Bellagio for the day where we visited Villa Melzi, well worth a visit, the gardens are stunning. The local restaurant 'Creme Caramel' is worth a visit too, they are open all day, very friendly staff and lovely to sit outside & look at the views, also a nice walk along the beach to get there.
