Waterfront property, two separate units. You will enjoy the peaceful feeling when you stay at the cottage. It’s just steps to your private dock, where you can fish or just jump in to cool off. The cottage is on a dead end street. This cottage has 5 beds it’s about 3000 square feet. You can sit on the porch in the front with a view of the forest or the patio at the back with a beautiful view of the river. It will be your Home Away From Home. The top floor has a master Bedroom with a king size bed, the guest for has a queen size bed, 1.5 bedrooms and an ope concept with the living room dining room and kitchen. The bottom unit has a separate entrance with 1 Bedroom with a queen bed and a Bunk bed that’s in the big open space with your living room and dining room. There is one bathroom with a sick toilet and stand up shower. You also have a full beautiful kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Beautifully decorated.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the property and, unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Here's a breakdown of the issues we faced during our stay: Cleanliness Concerns: The sheets provided were unclean, and there were spider webs in various parts of the property, making it evident that the place had not been well-maintained or cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Broken Amenities: One of the beds was broken, causing inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, the BBQ, which was one of the highlights we were looking forward to, was in a dirty state. Lack of Basic Supplies: Despite being listed as amenities, there were no provisions of coffee or tea, which was disappointing. I genuinely hope that the host takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.
A delightful place to stay with a backyard that overlooks a river. It was an enjoyable experience and the house was clean and tidy. We were pleasantly surprised that the host has left a few water bottles and bags of chips on each of the two floors. Moreover, the bathroom was stocked with quality amenities such as Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which other Airbnbs rarely have. The host was very kind and responsive. The majority of our inquiries saw responses within 5-10 minutes. However, the listing could clarify: (1) There's a septic tank in the front lawn which can't bear heavy weights like cars; (2) At least 2 security cameras are present (one that overlooks the front door from the window in the garage and one in the garage itself). Suggested improvements: (1) Signs marking the septic tank boundaries to prevent accidental damage from unawareness; (2) Labels for the numerous light switches in the home.
Nice place to spend time with friends and family. Nice house with all facilities. Alisa is friendly and answered all queries within time. We really enjoyed our stay here.
I went there with my family and we had a good stay. The place is well maintained and has a beautiful view. Alisa is also very cooperative. She was responsive throughout our stay.

The cottages are only on the left side of the street and a forest on the other side if you are up for a nature walk.
There is a little town in Washago just minutes away, with everything you need.
If you can’t find what you need the Orillia is only 20 minutes drive south and the beautiful Gravenhurst is about the same distance north, where you can find water front restaurants and more.
Private parking that easily fits 6 cars.
