There is also a cozy sitting area nestled into the trees with a TV. From this level, you will also find the hot tub on the deck and a powder room. The lower level is perfect for kids! The family room has a gas fireplace, TV and a couch. This is also where you will find the bunk room, laundry room and another bathroom with standup shower. Right off the family room, you will find the very large, heated ski room. Bonus: The private hot tub is open for both the winter and summer seasons at no additional charge but not open during the shoulder seasons. Parking: There are two parking spots for your stay. One in the driveway and you can also use the garage for a smaller vehicle. Ski Access: Located in the desirable Silver Views townhome complex on The Knoll. Ski in/out from the skiway right across the street from the complex (approximately 3-minute walk to ski way). Everlasting is a fully equipped townhouse with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional cost. Please Note: Minimum of three nights required all year and five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period (unless there are gaps between bookings during the holiday season). **Important – Special Rate Discounts** Arrive on Sunday - Stay five days...
