This unique newly renovated mid-century modern home has everything you need to relax & recharge during your upstate getaway. Inside, you'll find a bright, modern Great room with double-height ceiling, stone fireplace, and abundant indoor/outdoor areas for entertaining (even a cozy chess corner!), comfortable kitchen with a beautiful wood block island and separate dining area, dedicated spaces for working, a stocked library, and an airy and tranquil yoga/meditation space and lounge on the top floor. The house sleeps 8 (max) across 4 bedrooms on two floors including an en-suite bedroom (the Palm Suite) on the ground floor. My friends and I (group of 8) stayed in the airbnb this weekend and this was certainly one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The house was designed beautifully and it was evident how much thought went into each room and corner of the house. The house had a beautiful backyard with a hot tub, a dining table and a patio area for us to lounge with our coffees. The location was great, as there are tons of things to do whether you are going with friends or family. Alina and Aaron were super responsive and even sent us a list of activities in the nearby area for the weekend. Thank you so much for making my birthday/bachelorette weekend so wonderful and I am hoping to come back to your home soon for another getaway!! - Lily

House was pristine and in a peaceful location. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. We had a really great stay. Aaron and Alina were always very responsive.
Our stay at Aaron and Alina's place was amazing! We came with our 2 kids, as well as the grandparents and aunt for a total of 7 ppl which the house fit very comfortably. The space was very clean, new and nicely designed. We loved the enclosed hottub, the beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and the ancillary rooms like the yoga room and small home office space. We had a great trip exploring Chester and Sugarloaf, as well as heading up to New Paltz for one of the days. Highly recommend this house and area!

Sugar Loaf is a picturesque, historic hamlet located in the Hudson Valley, in Orange County, NY (1hr from Manhattan). The hamlet was founded in the late 1740s as a waypoint along Kings Highway. Businesses supplied food and other goods, and horses to travelers. During the Prohibition era, speakeasies were established for the enjoyment of countless jazz-age revelers en route to the Glenmere mansion estate on Pine Hill Road, on Glenmere Lake.
Today the Sugar Loaf Arts & Craft Village is a hamlet of artists, artisans, and unique shops. No matter the season, you’ll always find something going on!

Hi! We are a family of 4, with 2 young children, and are experienced travelers - including Airbnb (guests and hosts). Alina is a Nurse Practitioner and Aaron works in Healthcare Business Development. We live in Manhattan, but recently purchased and renovated a home in Warwick, NY (Aaron’s hometown). We like to split time but are happy to welcome guests in Warwick when we’re not there : ) Aaron and Alina
