We spent almost two months in Alberto's home and we had a fantastic time and felt right at home! The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, there are two living rooms and two bathrooms which was very helpful for us, and the living rooms provided a lot of space to relax and work. There is a nice dinner table or you can also eat at the kitchen bar, or if the weather permits on the terrace, which is a great addition to the apartment. The large glass doors to the terrace provide a lot of light. Also the apartment was very clean, and it's a big apartment to clean, so we really appreciated that it was cleaned in all the nooks, and there were extra sheets for all the beds. Overall, a wonderful experience living in the center for Madrid in Alberto's apartment. Hope you get to experience it too!

Alberto, tu piso es precioso, agradablemente decorado y tiene todo lo que se requiere. Pese a que la zona exterior es muy ruidosa, dentro del piso no se oye nada y se duerme perfectamente. La ubicación es sensacional. Estuvimos muy felices, salvo que la labor de Minty (la agencia gestora/ administradora tuvo muchos errores que impactaron mi labor profesional negativamente y como consecuencia tuve pérdidas económicas y llamadas de atención en mi trabajo.

I had a 2.5 week stay at Alberto’s apartment and could not have been more comfortable. Super responsive and proactive with instructions and communication. Funky, spacious, comfortable living space with clean bathrooms, comfy furniture, and nice appliances. Dozens of restaurants and bars and grocers within minutes walking. Close to multiple metro stops and accessible to most of Madrid very easily. Building even had an elevator. Communication was clear beginning to end. Cannot recommended more. Looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful place for a bit longer stay in the heart of Madrid. Working in Madrid as a consultant have been in 10+ appts in 1.5 year and this is the best we’ve had in the center.
