This place is cozy good for couples or single people out there i definitely advise anyone to stay here. The host and his cowroker were extremely helpful in finding nice places to visit and tips on what you should do in the area. Plenty of entertainment there, this places was located in walking distances of a supermarket, mall, and bars. Definitely when I plan another stay in the Philippines this place be the first one in my mind.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in sorsogon city, Franz place is the deal. The room is in a hotel conveniently located few meters away from the main street of sorsogon city. The main street is really busy during the day with traffic and people but the street in front of the hotel is somehow quiet during the day. However in the evening, there are music and people singing in the bar nearby but you will not be disturbed too much as the room is facing the backyard. Everything is at walking distance: fast foods, restaurants, super market, clothes shops, etc... Regarding the room, it can easily accommodate 3 persons maybe more if they squeeze a little bit. The air conditioning is a bit old and noisy but really appreciable after a long day in the heat. Also the hot shower. The windows in the bathroom are not sealed so bugs can easily get inside (especially ants). The wifi was not too good inside the room as it is located far from the reception. But in the hallway or closer to the reception, the connection was correct. If i have to stay in sorsogon city again i will surely stay at Franz place again.
