Nice place worth visiting, Some things which need to be considered more: The caretaker should be available for issues like Tv(Wifi issue), Pool is not cleaned as expected, Electricity fluctuations, Pillow covers and bedsheets need to be cleaned (As we found dog hair's there). The rest of the things are good.

Overall we had a good stay at Jai's place let me get to the good points first: - The property is big enough in fact, more than expected. - The property is kinda private, which means there was some privacy. - The caretaker responded to the call. Now getting to the negative points: - The property was not as mentioned regarding the utensils in the kitchen, all used packets, not at all hygienic utensils whatever was there. - The property was not safe in a way because in that whole building I guess only 2 flats were occupied it was kinda creepy. - The WIFI was not working - Because of the WIFI issue, the TV couldn't be connected, so there was no point with TV - The property did not have toiletries as mentioned. - Speaking of cleanliness, not as expected there was some smell, paying around 11,000/- was not at all a good deal, this is not my first experience in ARIBNB, this was my bad experience so far

it is really a verygood property, host mr. jai is a very good host, we are planning next visit soon.
