Apartment large, updated, clean, but stay was very frustrating. Disinfectant so overpowering we had to open all windows, contact Sam for large industrial exhaust fan & leave for three hours to allow place to air out. First night, shower only lukewarm. Contacted Sam, he agreed to check next morning. Next morning, hot water was good, but not that evening or second morning. So, no hot water for three out of four times. Sam didn’t respond to second message about shower. Apartment lacks basic amenities. Zero kitchen equipment except dishes & silverware. No pots, pans, coffee pot (just tea kettle,) ice trays, paper towels, salt & pepper. Large closets, no shelves or drawers. One thin comforter per bed, no extra blankets. One bedroom had no bedside table or lamp. Broken blinds didn’t fully close. One mini split unit in hallway, so you must leave bedroom doors open for heat. It’s a shame, because with a little more effort & attention to detail, this really could be a nice place to stay.

This was the perfect fit for our birding trip to Point Pelee. It was clean and very comfortable and bigger than I expected. There was even I small space inside the locked front door to keep our bikes safe overnight. The until shares a parking lot with Firdous - a wonderful Lebanese restaurant that we really enjoyed. The host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Excellent location for walking around Leamington, close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, and the Arts Centre. The apartment is newly remodeled. It's clean, bright, and spacious, with a friendly and responsive host, comfortable beds and a good shower. Small quibbles: There aren't enough places to put things -- the bathroom has no counter, just a tiny shelf, and the bedrooms only have nightstands and closet rails. There are no cooking basics (salt, pepper, oil), nor instructions for the TV, AC, and wifi. The host was very responsive to our questions, though. We heard some early-morning traffic noise, and the window coverings aren't room darkening, so an eye shade and ear plugs are helpful. All in all, a nice stay!
