We had a great stay. Clean, modern and spacious. Well located, near Wood Green Picadilly line station. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.

The flat was very comfortable and thoughtfully organised for guests. The location is great - a nice quiet area outside of the centre but well connected by both tube and train, on the Picadilly Line, which is also a straight shot to Heathrow Airport. There's also a direct bus from Trafalgar Square. Christina communicates well, was responsive and understanding whenever something came up. She was open to us as a family with small children. Two things for other families should be aware of about the flat: 1) It is on the second floor with no lift and no place to park a buggy downstairs. Guests with a buggy need to carry it upstairs every day and into the flat, and collapse it such that the wheels don't touch the white carpet. 2) The neighbours above and below are sound-sensitive and will complain if, for example, a toddler is running back and forth. We were very happy with our choice overall and would gladly return to the flat on a future trip.
