Welcome to our luxury listed Top End Getaway! Our large, open plan living home offers 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioned throughout, hotel grade professionally laundered linen & a King Master room with Study & Ensuite. Outdoors you'll find a large patio area, a secure gated area for your kids & fur babies, a stainless steel kitchen BBQ, spa & outdoor TV. So light up those tiki torches & unwind in our Territory Escape. Our Territory inspired luxury homestay boasts 5 spacious bedrooms including a huge master bedroom with ensuite, wall mounted TV & a dedicated work space. Each room has been furnished with Sealy posturepedic beds that are dressed with hotel grade, professionally laundered linen for your comfort. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King Master with walk in wardrobe, ensuite, TV & study corner Bedroom 2: x2 King Singles Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5: Double Bed Our ground level home is fully gated & fenced which is perfect for families & those travelling with pets. We have made sure to go above & beyond for our guests with adding those little extras to our home. EXTRAS: *Fully equiped kitchen with several appliances such as: Coffee machine, toaster, slow cooker, sandwich press, rice cooker & more! *Washing machine & dryer with complimentary laundry detergent * Large flat screen HD TV located within the main living space, outdoor patio & master room *Light up spa which is serviced between each guest *Games for the kids: Board games, Nintendo Switch & games *Games for the adults: Fully stocked Texas Hold'Em Poker & Darts * x2 Sunbathing lounges * Large stainless steel kitchen BBQ *x2 bathrooms with seperate toilet to main - Including complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hair dryer Note: If you are travelling with infants and require a high chair and/or bassinet please message us as we are more than happy to accommodate that for you. This house was perfect for our family get together. Well equipped and suited all of our needs. This property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The entertainment area was a fantastic place to sit and unwind. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks to our host for being so responsive.
Easily one of the best places we’ve stayed in. Host super responsive and friendly. The place has all the comforts of home and all the little extras in abundance. They’ve thought of everything… from laundry powder and dishwashing tablets , bathroom supplies, kids toys, dog toys and bowls…. The list goes on. Very impressed with the effort that goes into presenting this home.

Beautiful house to stay in! So spacious for the 7 of us that stayed. Would recommend 100 times over!

Our luxurious homestay is nestled in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood Cul-de-sac.
Please take it easy driving in and out of our Cul-de-sack as there are families out and about. We have plenty of car parks available at our residence including four spaces secured by a large gate with two of those spaces in a double lock up garage. Feel free to park out the front of the property but please keep off the grass as we have irrigation installed.
If you have no means of transportation, there is a bus interchange a short 20 min walk away. Taxis and Ubers are also an option.

G'day! Welcome to our Top End holiday stay. As born and bred Territorians we love what the Territory has to offer! From it's natural waterholes in the Red Centre to the sprawling wetlands of Kakadu & Litchfield National Park.
