Gabriel is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly, and quick to communicate. The apartment is light and airy, very spacious and with beautiful views of Malvern Abbey and surroundings. Although there is road noise, the proximity of walks, shops, Priory Park, theatre etc more than makes up for it. The apartment has a great shower and heating can be adjusted from a remote control standing on the microwave: We stayed 3 nights and definitely want to return.

This light and very clean flat is well positioned in the heart of Great Malvern. The listed building has been converted into modern flats. The furnishings and decor are minimalist, with some period features. The bed is very comfy, with new bedlinen, but the lack of a bedside table and light is inconvenient, with nowhere to put your glasses, phone, watch etc within reach; the only decent-sized mirror is in the kitchen! The modern shower works well, but the bathroom can feel chilly. The lack of information about the heating system was unfortunate - it is on a fixed timer and setting & we didn't know that there was an override switch. We felt it was stuffy first thing, but when the heating went off about 9pm we were cold. The stylish sofa was most uncomfortable! Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. Visitors might like to know that there is a convenience store on Belle Vue Terrace, and Alturo Lounge (among other cafes) serves coffee and meals all day & into the evening.
