Austin reached out to me after another one of his listings was unavailable to let me know this would be available when we needed it, we are extremely grateful for him! The shipping container is very nice and clean. Bed was very comfy! The road entrance is very steep, hard to see, and is on a sharp corner over some train tracks. Would not recommend if you're towing anything or driving a low rider. There was a pack of local dogs that were very friendly and loveable, all unleashed with collars on. At one point we lost the key, although we were very embarrassed Austin made us feel like it wasn't a big deal and was quick to let us back in. Thank you Austin!

We had an amazing time! Right on the river and next to the golf course if you like to golf. Cute little place. Austin was beyond helpful and accommodating. The road is more than a little rough coming in and cars that are low to the ground may have a hard time gaining access without scraping out the bottom of the vehicle, but this is no fault of Austin's, the area is known for bad roads, so just be prepared. Thank you for having us!!!

Cozy and clean. The layout of this tiny little home was engineered with excellence. Im blown away that one could put all the amenities into this tiny home and yet still it didn’t feel cramped with two adults inside. I loved the location with the river In the front and golf course just steps out the back. The host is helpful and polite. Iv stayed at multiple locations owned by the same host and will be back for another stay next time I’m in town!
