We were very comfortable in Debbie's home and would have been comfortable for longer than a month. Some homes in Santa Fe have juniper trees and i am very allergic. No problem here.
This is such a beautiful place! Debbie put so much thought, care, and love into decorating and maintaining the home. It was beautiful and so peaceful. This Airbnb is the perfect mix of close to downtown while also being serenely peaceful and quiet. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the mid-stay housekeeping clean kept everything running smoothly. There were a couple of minor issues during the stay, and Debbie was very quick to respond, providing easy helpful solutions. Debbie was a fantastic host. If you're looking for a place to stay or vacation, this is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.
Very cute house in the perfect location! Easy to walk to anything you'd need - groceries, restaurants, the plaza. Plenty of room in the home, and lovely outside areas to relax in. We loved that there were bikes available to use, as there are trails that lead right from the house. Highly recommend the house and the host, both!
The Historic Guadalupe District is one of the most coveted in all of Santa Fe. One of the oldest neighborhoods in Santa Fe, it was originally a farming community, evolving into a bustling marketplace when in 1880, trains began to deliver tourists, new residents and goods to the nearby Railyard. When railroad activity declined, the neighborhood remained, but commercial activity waned until a resurgence in the 1960’s brought about by a new artistic community.
Today, the Guadalupe District retains its original charm, but its style is even more distinctive with a vibrant mix of unusual shops, restaurants and energetic local music scene, bounded by the historical Railyard on one end and the Santuario de Guadalupe – a local and national treasure – at the other. You can easily spend the day exploring the Railyard and Guadalupe District without running out of things to do and see, or continue walking across the Santa Fe River to the Downtown Plaza to experience the best of both the new and the historic Santa Fe.
No need for a car if this is an urban getaway! We fly into ABQ then take the Rail Runner train to Santa Fe Depot in the Railyard, which is a short 8 minute walk from our place.
Or if you do bring a car, you'll have two reserved spots in our gated community.

I love all things houses, particularly bringing old ones back to life. And I love Austin and Santa Fe! I love finding new pockets and neighborhoods to explore. I spend as much time outside as possible. Chase what lights you up! Debbie The Flipstress® | Leaving people and places better than we find them.
