Relax and play with the whole family when you stay in this welcoming, warm home in the middle of 38 acres. It is an easy drive to Pittsburgh and numerous venues north of the city. Views are spacious and beautiful from every direction and can be especially enjoyed with your family when eating and relaxing on the front porch or the charming garden area. Our home is offered with a fully equipped kitchen. The home offers a large eat-in kitchen with a farm table that seats 6 and is connected to a pantry/laundry room side entrance. On the other side, the kitchen opens to a dining room with a table that also seats 6. The dining room has a spacious bow window looking out on a large lawn, farm, and the valley. Also on the first floor is a living room with a large screen TV, leather couch and love seat and 2 recliners complementing a working wood fireplace. The first floor also offers an additional sitting room and full bath. The second floor offers three bedrooms, a full bath and a large family room. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen size mattress lower bunk and a long twin upper bunk. The family room offers a large screen smart TV and a large L-shaped leather sofa with recliners on each end. The home offers Starlink WiFi. Parking is close to the front of the house

Will definitely stay again!
Colleen was a wonderful host! Her home was spotless; and even though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was well stocked! The welcome goodies and coffee was a nice touch. We were in town for a wedding and her place was close to the venue as well as restaurants. She was very accommodating! Would stay there again. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the front porch. The view was beautiful! We were even greeted at dusk by numerous deer on the hill.
This lady has more rules than any Airbnb I have ever seen. Has zero business doing this as controlling as she is. Has a three page list of rules that is insane. Nice place but charged me more money on demand because we used more towels than she thought we should have and it was for 350 dollars. We do weekly Airbnb stays and she tops the cake for being the most controlling I respected her place very much. Not a single thing outta place and was left there clean other than the linens of course. All I can say is good luck she has no business doing this with how she is
Our travels to Colleen's AirBnB were unexpectedly delayed. Colleen adapted to our schedule without a moment of delay. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. Although we did not have young children as part of our group, I could see where concerns could arise based upon some of the fixtures within the house. The great view and cool breezes on the front porch were great with a morning coffee. The event we were in the area for was about 15 minutes so that worked well. The kitchen had everything available for use. Colleen left some food available for our use, should we need it. The beds were very comfortable. All around, a very well enjoyed stay (18-20 Aug 2023). I definitely recommend this location.

This is a quiet rural neighborhood.
Since it is rural, you will definitely need a car. There MAY be an Uber, but I cannot guarantee service. You may be thumbing a ride from a farmer.😂 Parking is private and spacious.

My husband, Mitch, and I are both recently retired. We just married two years ago and have decided to live in his home in Pittsburgh and Airbnb my home in Sarver. I grew up on the farm that you see from my home. I built and raised my children in the house you will be renting.
