We're Carmen and Otto, we live in Nijmegen and are the proud owners of Tiny House Cato. In first place we use it as holiday residence for our family, but we love to share it when we're not there! An amazing 4-persons tinyhouse with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, heating, pelletstove and a hot tub! All of this in the middle of nature, surrounded by bird sounds and right across the entrance of National Park "Hooge Veluwe". We've got wifi, tv, a shared swimming pool, sauna, gym, kids playground. Our Tiny house is cozy and pleasant. You enter the house through the large glass facade, which lets in a lot of light. There is a small bathroom behind a sliding door, kitchen with combination oven-microwave. The small stairs take you to a closed bedroom (for extra privacy) with a double bed. By placing the mattresses on top of each other, there is room for a cot/bed. With the stairs to the loft you will find a double bed where you can see the stars when the sky is clear.

Een heerlijk en keurig verblijf in het Tiny house van Otto en Carmen. Perfect om lekker tot rust te komen. Het opstoken van de hottub duurde helaas wel erg lang, maar het mocht te pret niet drukken. Geweldige hosts en zeker aan te raden.
We had a great time and a beautiful place.
Mooi huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Vriendelijke hosts die graag met je meedenken. Ik raad het aan!
Very cosy tiny house, and great communication during out stay :)
We hebben een fijn weekend gehad op steenworp afstand van de Veluwe. Prettig dat de ruimte op twee manieren te verwarmen was. We hebben voornamelijk gebruik gemaakt van de pelletkachel, dat was toch wel leuker dan de reguliere verwarming. Fijne raambekleding waarmee je je goed kon afsluiten van de omgeving. We hadden verwacht dat het huisje iets meer privé zou zijn, het staat wel erg dicht op elkaar. Schoonmaak had iets beter gekund, maar dat ligt bij het park en hebben we dan ook daar aangegeven. Je kunt broodjes bestellen en laten bezorgen, ideaal! Al met al een prima weekend gehad.

Tiny House Cato is located in the middle of a forest area. Cross the street and you'll walk straight into the Hoge Veluwe (Schaarsbergen entrance). There is a lot of mountain biking and you'll also see a lot of cyclists in the area.
Because pets are allowed, you can enjoy the forest with your dog. There are also horse riding trails near the house.
Communal parking lot at the entrance/reception. When you pick up the keys and parking pass you can park right in front of the house in a reserved private spot.
Good options to arrive by public transport. There is a bus line that goes directly to Arnhem train station.
